The biggest thing I learned in the third week of my internship is the importance of consistency and time management. Posting and learning about cybersecurity aren't the only components I'm able to learn here. Sticking to a schedule isn't just about posting more — it's about learning the ropes of it and actually seeing results.
I also learned a ton about our page's growth with the new social media growth tracker project I did throughout the week. Being able to see the numbers, and where and why we reached a certain audience, makes things so much easier — as well as interesting, knowing that our content attracts an audience.
My highlight of the week was definitely trying out new content and using new tools I've never used a day in my life, and just seeing the difference being made in the content. Watching posts actually get traction reminded me of why tracking and consistency matter so much.
