Tuition & Payment Policy

This policy explains how tuition, deposits, payment plans, invoices, and payment issues are handled across CyberVisionaries Institute programs.

Tuition is published per Program and cohort. Deposits are applied toward tuition rather than charged in addition to it, and payment terms are always provided in writing before anything is due.

Effective upon publication. Last updated upon publication

CyberVisionaries Institute provides cohort-based professional learning and career-development programs. CVI is not a certified postsecondary school, does not award college credit or academic degrees, and does not guarantee employment, certification, apprenticeship placement, or admission to another program.

Current published amounts

Cyber Foundations
Tuition $800 USD. Enrollment deposit $50, applied toward tuition.
PKI Career Pathway Cohort
Tuition $4,000 USD. Seat-reservation deposit $500, applied toward tuition.

Scope

This policy applies to tuition and payments made directly to CyberVisionaries Institute for a cohort-based program.

Refunds and withdrawals are governed by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Enrollment steps and seat confirmation are governed by the Enrollment Policies.

Published tuition

The applicable tuition is the amount published for the specific Program and cohort at the time the applicant receives enrollment instructions. Tuition is set per Program; there is no single Institute-wide tuition.

Currently published tuition:

  • Cyber Foundations: $800 USD.
  • PKI Career Pathway Cohort: $4,000 USD.

Enrollment deposits

The required deposit may vary by Program.

Currently published deposits:

  • Cyber Foundations: $50 enrollment deposit.
  • PKI Career Pathway Cohort: $500 seat-reservation deposit.

Deposit application

In every Program:

  • the deposit is applied toward tuition;
  • the deposit is not an additional charge on top of tuition;
  • refundability is governed by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Payment plans

Payment plans may be available for eligible enrollments. The specific installment schedule, amounts, and due dates are provided in writing before the participant accepts the plan.

Availability is assessed per enrollment. Not every applicant qualifies, and a payment plan is a scheduled payment arrangement with CVI rather than a loan or credit product.

Payment schedule

Payment deadlines are communicated in the written enrollment or payment-plan instructions. CVI does not publish a universal due date, because deadlines are set per cohort.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are identified in the participant's enrollment or invoice instructions.

Invoices and receipts

A payment confirmation or receipt is provided after a successful payment. Participants should retain these records. CVI does not advise on the tax treatment of any payment.

Failed or reversed payments

A failed, reversed, or disputed payment may place an enrollment or payment plan under review. CVI will contact the participant regarding the amount due and available next steps.

Late or missed payments

Participants who anticipate difficulty meeting a payment deadline should contact CVI as soon as possible. Continued participation may depend on an approved payment arrangement.

Changes in tuition

Future cohorts may have different tuition. Published amounts describe the cohort they are published for and are not a commitment about future pricing.

Once written enrollment terms have been accepted, tuition is not changed retroactively for that enrollment except where expressly agreed in writing.

Refund relationship

This policy explains what is owed and when. Whether an amount already paid is refundable is determined by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
