Hosted live once each month on a Monday, every discussion is recorded and published on our YouTube channel to create a growing archive of insights, ideas, and community conversations.
Why CyberMondays Exists
CyberMondays began with a single industry conversation that would not stay contained.
A discussion about the state of the cybersecurity workforce — how people enter the field, how they are hired, and how they are developed once they arrive — drew far more response than anyone expected. Practitioners, hiring managers, educators, and career changers all had something to add, and it became clear that one social media thread was not enough room for the conversation the profession was ready to have.
CyberMondays was created to give that dialogue a permanent home. It is a standing forum where diverse perspectives meet in constructive conversation: people who hire, people who practice, people who teach, and people who are still finding their way in.
The intent is community learning rather than broadcast. Each session is built around practical insight — what the work actually requires, how workforce development succeeds or stalls, and what professional growth looks like when it is deliberate rather than accidental.

Every CyberMondays follows a familiar rhythm, so participants know what they are walking into.
Monthly Live Discussion
One live conversation each month on a Monday, held in an open roundtable format rather than a lecture or product demo.
